All Rooms in The Inns at Whitetail feature two double beds, access to the kitchenette, Great Room and Laundry room. The Inn also features two patios and a covered porch for guest convenience.
Just 90 minutes from D.C. and Baltimore, this resort community offers a diverse selection of condo options. Two, three and four bedroom condos are available. You and your buddies can enjoy a private setting complete with large kitchens and plenty of room to socialize after your rounds. Come enjoy our private elegance set in the beautiful PA mountains.
* Room availability is only 1 bedroom and pricing is per person based upon 2 to a bedroom.
** Weekend Rates: Weekends are Friday through Sunday. Minimum rental of two nights on weekends (for example: Friday and Saturday, or Saturday and Sunday).
BUILDING/UNIT REQUIREMENTS
Customers will need to supply their own linens for their stay. If a customer forgets, a few linens are available, but for an additional fee to be charged directly to the customer. Rental Management Firm will collect a credit card deposit upon check-in as security for possible damage. Customer's deposit will be fully refunded should the condition of the premises be satisfactory to Rental Management Firm.
PETS
Pets are not allowed (NO EXEPTIONS).
DAMAGE
We ask our guests to report any breakage upon occurrence. All units are checked carefully by our inspection crews after departure. All guests will be held responsible for any damage to the unit during stay.
MAINTAINING A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT
Whitetail Mountainside is serious about maintaining a family atmosphere for the enjoyment of our guests. We will rent to families and responsible adults. Absolutely no house parties allowed. Kegs are not allowed in units. Violations of the above are grounds for immediate eviction with out refund of rent or deposit

Check Out: By 11:00 AM
Check in/check out at the real estate office on the east corner of the Inns At Whitetail. Late checkout may result in charges of one night occupancy. Optional scheduled late check out for an additional $50.
OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES
- Private rentals limited to a number of guests, based on the unit's maximum occupancy
- Smoking prohibited in all units
- There is no charge to guests for local telephone calls. All long distance calls must be made utilizing the guest's Calling Card or credit card
POTENTIAL CHARGES
- Guests agree to surrender possession of the property in as good and same repair as it was found at the commencement of the rental. Guests should report any damage to the building or its contents.
- Guests will be billed for damages including extra cleaning, or missing items, plus a 20% administration fee via credit card.
